All Rentals are Subject To Credit Review

RENTAL DEPOSIT

  • All rentals require a minimum deposit of $300
  • Credit card deposits only.
  • To insure refund of your entire deposit, simply respect the equipment and return it:
  •     on time.
  •     clean.
  •     functional.
  • A $5 fee will be charged for any tangled or unwound cables.

RENTAL POLICIES

  • Rentals should be reserved as much in advance as possible, to ensure the equipment will be available when needed.
  • Rentals are to be paid when equipment is picked up.
  • Return time for rentals is to be no later than 12:00 noon on the return date or may be subject to an extra days charge.
  • A $20.00 service charge will be added to any returned checks.
  • All equipment has been checked out prior to rental and leaves Showcase Music in working order.
  • Any loss or damage is the responsibility of the renter.
  • Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of Showcase Music, and generally will be issued in the form of a rental credit.
  • All rentals are at the sole discretion of Showcase Music.
  • All rentals require credit approval.
  • All rates subject to change without notice.
  • Showcase Music & Sound Inc reserves the the right to refuse anyone service
